Ms. Pathak has been a Senior Vice President and General Manager of IDEXX VetLab since March 2026. In this role, she leads our global IDEXX VetLab business, with end-to-end accountability of our premium point-of-care instrument portfolio across Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, and Cytology. Prior to joining IDEXX, Ms. Pathak served as Vice President and General Manager of Mammography at GE HealthCare from 2023 to 2026, and was employed by LumiraDx, a next-generation point-of-care diagnostics company (acquired by Roche Diagnostics Limited), from 2020 to 2023, including most recently as its Chief Product Officer from 2021 to 2023. Earlier in her career, she held strategy, commercial, and product management roles of increasing responsibility at Alere Inc. (acquired by Abbott Laboratories) from 2012 to 2019. Ms. Pathak holds a bachelor’s of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s of science degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
