Mr. Lane has been our Executive Vice President and General Manager, CAG Diagnostics Business Unit since March 2026, which includes leadership of our Point-of-Care Diagnostic Solutions and Global Reference Laboratories businesses and CAG Diagnostics Software, as well as our IDEXX BioAnalytics, Water, OPTI Medical and Livestock, Poultry and Dairy businesses. Mr. Lane has been an Executive Vice President of IDEXX since January 2020 and previously served as a Corporate Vice President from July 2015 to January 2020 and a Vice President from 2012 to July 2015. Since joining IDEXX in 1997, he has had 15 years of experience in our reference laboratories business, including as the leader of IDEXX's Global Reference Laboratories business since November 2016 and the General Manager of our U.S. Reference Laboratories from June 2014 to November 2016. In addition to his responsibilities for the Global Reference Laboratories business, Mr. Lane has led our IDEXX BioAnalytics, Water, OPTI Medical and Livestock, Poultry and Dairy businesses since January 2025. From 1999 to 2014, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in the IDEXX VetLab organization, including serving as General Manager from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Lane also led our Information Technology and Information Security function from 2020 to March 2026. Mr. Lane holds a bachelor's degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
